Avocado on Sourdough Toast 3 Ways

Preparation, Make 3 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 slices Promise Gluten Free Sourdough Rustic White Loaf
  • 1 avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1-2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
STEPS
STEP 1

Mash half avocado with lemon and salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Slice remaining half avocado and drizzle with lemon.

STEP 3

Spread 1 slice of Sourdough Rustic White loaf with mashed avocado and top with sliced tomato and parsley.

STEP 4

Arrange sliced avocado on remaining 2 slices. Top 1 slice with radishes. Top other slice with chia and sunflower seeds.
