Preparation, Make 2 servings
- 2 Promise Gluten Free Burger Buns
- 14 oz beef mince
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- ½ tsp thyme leaves
- Coleslaw and relish, to serve.
- Salt and pepper
STEP 1.Sauté onion and garlic in a frying pan with olive oil over a low heat until soft, add the thyme and allow to cool.
STEP 2.When cold mix into the beef mince, season with salt and pepper and form into two patties.
STEP 3.Pre-heat a grill to high. Grill the burgers on both sides until cooked through. Allow to rest and toast buns lightly under the grill.
STEP 4.Spread the buns with relish, on the bottom put some coleslaw, top with the burger and bun and serve.
