Breadcrumbed Chicken

INGREDIENTS
  • 30g PureBred Gluten Free White Rolls (breadcrumbs)
  • 2 x free-range chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50g mixed baby salad leaves
  • mayonnaise to serve
STEPS
STEP 1

Pre-heat the oven to 200C

STEP 2

In a bowl add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper, stir to combine.

STEP 3

Put the breadcrumbs out onto a plate.

STEP 4

Coat the chicken in the oil mixture and then breadcrumbs.

STEP 5

Bake the chicken for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

STEP 6

Serve with salad and mayonnaise.
