20 mins Preparation, Make 4 servings
- 4 slices Promise Gluten Free Brioche loaf
- 2 eggs
- Splash of milk
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 2 sticks of Rhubarb
- Blood Oranges
- 2 tblsp sugar
Slice rhubarb and segment orange.
Then poach gently in sugar with a splash of water till just cooked.
Beat eggs and milk in a shallow dish and then soak slices of brioche in this in turn.
Fry the brioche in a hot frying pan with a little butter till golden on both sides.
Serve with the compote.
