INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Promise Gluten Free White Rolls
  • olive tapenade
  • sun-blush tomatoes
  • parmesan shavings
  • small handful of rocket
  • olive oil
STEPS
STEP 1

Pre-heat an oven to 180C.

STEP 2

Slice the rolls at an angle about 2 cm thick. Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

STEP 3

Bake for 10-15 minutes on each side until they are golden and crunchy.

STEP 4

Top with tapenade, sun-blush tomatoes, parmesan and rocket.
