INGREDIENTS
- 2 Promise Gluten Free White Rolls
- olive tapenade
- sun-blush tomatoes
- parmesan shavings
- small handful of rocket
- olive oil
STEPS
STEP 1
Pre-heat an oven to 360F.
STEP 2
Slice the rolls at an angle about 2 cm thick.
STEP 3
Brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes on each side until they are golden and crunchy.
STEP 4
Top with tapenade, sun-blush tomatoes, parmesan and rocket.
