- 50g PureBred Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf breadcrumbs
- 800g cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets and blanched
- 220g grated mature cheddar
- 50 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tblsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp sage, chopped
- salt and pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 250C. Put the cauliflower, half the cheese, the milk and cream into a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins.
Mix the remaining cheese, sage, breadcrumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower mixture.
Place on a baking tray. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the tinfoil and bake for another 10 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden. Serve.
