Preparation, Make 4 servings
- 2 oz Promise Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf breadcrumbs
- 2 lb cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets and blanched
- 8 oz grated mature cheddar
- 2 fl oz milk
- 8 fl oz cream
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 485 F. Put the cauliflower, half the cheese, the milk and cream into a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins.
Mix the remaining cheese, sage, breadcrumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower mixture.
Place on a baking tray. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the tinfoil and bake for another 10 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden.
