- 2 slices Promise Gluten Free 12 Seeds & Grains Loaf
- 4 oz cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp curry paste
- Pickled red onion
- Cucumber slices
- Cilantro, chopped
- Spring onions, chopped
STEPS
STEP 1
Combine shredded chicken with mayonnaise and curry paste.
STEP 2
Spread onto sliced bread and top with pickled red onion, cucumber slices, cilantro, and spring onions.
