Cinnamon Rolls
Impossibly good gluten free bakery

30 minutes Preparation, Make 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 12 slices of Promise Gluten Free soft white loaf
- 1/2 a cup of melted butter
- Cinnamon sugar
- Powder sugar is optional for the glaze
STEPS
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
STEP 2
Cut the crusts off the bread.
STEP 3
Roll very thin with a rolling pin or can.
STEP 4
Mix the cinnamon sugar with softened butter.
STEP 5
Brush both sides of the bread.
STEP 6
Then sprinkly one side of the bread with more cinnamon sugar.
STEP 7
Fold each slice into its centre and roll up.
STEP 8
Place on greased cookie sheet or muffin tin.
STEP 9
Bake for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
STEP 10
Add powered sugar to the leftover melted butter for a glaze and drizzle over the top.
STEP 11
You can freeze these too. Although they dont stick around long enough to get frozen here.
