- 1 Promise Gluten Free Brioche Burger Bun
- ½ lb of ground beef/turkey/pork/chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of bacon
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, or other condiments
Season ground meat with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Form two patties. Grill on both sides to desired temperature.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Fry egg until whites are solid but yolk is slightly runny.
Toast bun halves until slightly golden.
Top with burger patties, bacon, egg, and your favourite condiments.
