20 Preparation, Make 4 servings
- 4 Slices Promise Gluten Free Brioche Bread
- 1 Tablespoon of melted butter or oil
- 150g Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Fresh Fruit – Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries.
Cut out rounds from white sliced loaf with a cookie cutter.
Brush with butter or oil.
Push into a muffin tray and bake at 180 c for 15 minutes2.
Mix the mascarpone with vanilla essence, use to fill the cases.
Top with fresh berries.
Serve and enjoy.
