  • 1 Promise Gluten Free Scotch Bap
  • 2 tbsp tomato relish
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Lettuce
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
STEPS
STEP 1

Grill bacon until crisp.

STEP 2

Warm Scotch Baps to your liking and slice in half.

STEP 3

Spread tomato relish on bottom half.

STEP 4

Top with bacon, tomato slices, avocado, and lettuce.

STEP 5

Spread mayonnaise on top half of bun.
