15 min Preparation, Make 2 servings
- 4 slices Promise Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf
- 4 slices mature cheddar
- 2 tbsp kimchi
- Sricha sauce
- 1 oz butter
STEP 1.Layer up a slice of cheese and some kimchi on each slice of bread.
STEP 2.Drizzle over some Sricha sauce. Sandwich together.
STEP 3.Melt the butter in a large frying pan and when it starts to foam add the sandwiches and cook on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 4.Allow to cool a little on a piece of kitchen roll. Cut in half and serve.
