Grilled Cheese and Kimchi Toastie

INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices Promise Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf
- 4 slices mature cheddar
- 2 tbsp kimchi
- Sricha sauce
- 1 oz butter
STEPS
STEP 1
Layer up a slice of cheese and some kimchi on each slice of bread.
STEP 2
Drizzle over some Sricha sauce. Sandwich together.
STEP 3
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and when it starts to foam add the sandwiches and cook on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 4
Allow to cool a little on a piece of kitchen roll. Cut in half and serve.
