- Halloumi cheese, cubed
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Red onion
- Parsley
- Olive oil

Heat olive oil in a pan and grilled halloumi until golden brown on all sides.
STEP 2
Slice pittas and open pocket.
STEP 3
Stuff with halloumi, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
