LOBSTER ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 x Promise Gluten Free Handcrafted Sourdough White Baguette
  • 1 x whole prepared boiled lobster
  • 3 tblsp good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 x lemon
  • A handful of watercress
  • Chopped chives
STEPS
STEP 1

Take care removing the lobster meat from its shell,

STEP 2

Fold into mayonnaise with the chives.

STEP 3

Cut baguettes in half both ways, grill until golden.

STEP 4

Cut the lemon in half and grill until caramelised.

STEP 5

Load the lobster into the rolls with the watercress, serve with the lemon to squeeze on top.
