Preparation, Make 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- Promise Gluten Free White rolls
- 1 Net cleaned, de-bearded mussels
- Splash of White Wine
- 25g Butter
- 1 Clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 Shallots, finely diced
- Chopped parsley, to serve
STEPS
STEP 1
In a large pan with a lid, heat the butter till melted.
STEP 2
Add the garlic and shallots and cook till soft.
STEP 3
Turn up the heat and add the mussels and white wine.
STEP 4
Put on the lid and cook until the mussels have opened.
STEP 5
Discard any mussels that do not open.
STEP 6
Ladle into bowls.
STEP 7
Top with parsley and serve with the rolls.
