Panfried tempeh, Hummus and Salad Sandwich

Preparation, Make 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of your favourite Promise Gluten free loaf
- 1 packet slice tempeh
- 2 tblsp hummus
- Handful of pea shoots
- Sliced cucumber
- Carrot shavings
- Thinly sliced red onion
STEPS
STEP 1
Heat pan with butter or oil,
STEP 2
Fry tempeh until golden.
STEP 3
Spread bread with hummus, then pile high with fillings.
STEP 4
Serve and enjoy.
