  • 4 slices of your favourite Promise Gluten free loaf
  • 1 packet slice tempeh
  • 2 tblsp hummus
  • Handful of pea shoots
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Carrot shavings
  • Thinly sliced red onion

STEP 1

Heat pan with butter or oil,

STEP 2

Fry tempeh until golden.

STEP 3

Spread bread with hummus, then pile high with fillings.

STEP 4

Serve and enjoy.
