PULLED PORK ROLLS

Preparation, Make 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Promise Gluten Free Multi Seeded Roll
  • 1 cup of Cooked Pulled Pork
  • 2-3 Tblsp good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • ¼ hd small red cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ cucumber, shredded
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • small handful coriander
STEPS
STEP 1

Mix all the vegetables together with the mayonnaise.

STEP 2

Slice the rolls in half both ways.

STEP 3

Load the rolls with the pork and the slaw.

STEP 4

Decorate with a handful coriander to serve.
