Preparation, Make 4 servings
- 1 Promise Gluten Free Multi Seeded Roll
- 1 cup of Cooked Pulled Pork
- 2-3 Tblsp good quality mayonnaise
- 1 carrot, shredded
- ¼ hd small red cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cucumber, shredded
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- small handful coriander
Mix all the vegetables together with the mayonnaise.
Slice the rolls in half both ways.
Load the rolls with the pork and the slaw.
Decorate with a handful coriander to serve.
