INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Slices of your favourite Promise Gluten free loaf
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp butter or oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chopped chives, to garnish.
STEPS
STEP 1

Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2

Heat the butter or oil in a small pan.

STEP 3

Add eggs and scramble.

STEP 4

Toast the bread and serve eggs on top, garnish with chives.
