Smashed Avocado on Chia & Quinoa Toast

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices Promise Gluten Free Chia & Quinoa Loaf
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
STEP 1
Smash avocado with lemon juice and salt (to taste).
STEP 2
Toast bread until crisp.
STEP 3
Spread onto sliced bread and top with chia, sunflower, and sesame seeds.
