- 3 Promise Gluten Free Pitta
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 lemon
- 2 smoked mackeral fillets, de-skinned
- 2-3 tbsp crème fraiche
- Black pepper
- Sprouts and celery to garnish.
Slice Lemon in half and use one half for juice and cut the other half into wedges.
Break up mackeral into chunks and mix in a bowl with the crème fraiche and a squeeze of lemon juice
Season with black pepper
Wet your pitta with a teaspoon of water,
Chargrill your pitta on a pan to warm.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
