SMOKED MACKEREL PÂTÉ ON MULTI SEEDED ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Promise Gluten Free Multiseed Rolls
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 smoked mackeral fillets, de-skinned
  • 2-3 tbsp crème fraiche
  • Black pepper
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil.
  • Sprouts and celery to garnish.
STEPS
STEP 1

Slice Lemon in half and use one half for juice and cut the other half into wedges.

STEP 2

Break up mackeral into chunks and mix in a bowl with the crème fraiche and a squeeze of lemon juice.

STEP 3

Season with black pepper.

STEP 4

Slice your rolls and toast.

STEP 5

Drizzle the Toast with Olive Oil and pile high with Påtè to serve.
