SMOKED MACKEREL PÂTÉ ON MULTI SEEDED ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Promise Gluten Free Multiseed Rolls
- 1 lemon
- 2 smoked mackeral fillets, de-skinned
- 2-3 tbsp crème fraiche
- Black pepper
- Drizzle of Olive Oil.
- Sprouts and celery to garnish.
STEPS
STEP 1
Slice Lemon in half and use one half for juice and cut the other half into wedges.
STEP 2
Break up mackeral into chunks and mix in a bowl with the crème fraiche and a squeeze of lemon juice.
STEP 3
Season with black pepper.
STEP 4
Slice your rolls and toast.
STEP 5
Drizzle the Toast with Olive Oil and pile high with Påtè to serve.
