Southwestern Veggie Tacos

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Promise Gluten Free Original Tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 3-4 radishes
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 chili pepper, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges
STEPS
STEP 1

Grill corn kernels in a pan over medium heat until slightly charred.

STEP 2

Heat tortillas in a dry pan until warm.

STEP 3

Add sliced avocado, corn, radishes, red onions, tomato, and chili peppers.

STEP 4

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
