Summer Crab Rolls

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Promise Gluten Free Sourdough Soft White Roll
  • 4 oz white crab meat
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley and lemon wedges for serving
STEPS
STEP 1

Warm sourdough soft white rolls to your liking and slice lengthwise.

STEP 2

Combine crab with mayonnaise, chili peppers, and lemon juice.

STEP 3

Add salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 4

Spread onto rolls and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
